Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the InkVault360 website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide three core services:

• AI-Ready Websites & GEO: Website design and creation with GEO foundations for £99 one-off (agreed scope), provided with our £30/month Website Care hosting plan. A one-off Google Business Profile tidy-up is available for £30.
• AI Business Automation: Custom AI automations for enquiries, scheduling, follow-ups and content, custom-quoted per project.
• Custom AI Business Apps: Bespoke AI-powered applications, portals and tools, custom-quoted per project.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Website Care

The Website Care plan is £30/month and covers website hosting with routine technical maintenance. Unlimited redesigns and additional content changes are not included; alterations requested after your website is completed are charged at an hourly rate agreed with you before work begins. 4. Ownership

You own all content, data, and assets we create for you, including your domain, website code, content, automations, and custom applications. We retain no ownership rights over your deliverables. You may move your website and content to another provider.

5. Payment

The £99 website build fee is a one-off payment, and the £30/month Website Care plan is billed monthly in advance. For custom-quoted services, payment terms are specified in the project proposal. We accept bank transfer and card payments. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Refunds

Website Care fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. For custom projects, refund terms are specified in the project proposal. If we fail to deliver agreed services, we will refund fees proportionate to the undelivered work.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and processes used to deliver services. You own the final deliverables. Third-party tools and libraries used in your project are licensed under their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, domain registrars, or hosting providers outside our control.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to misuse our contact forms. We may restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
